By enrolling in any Slim Tech Mentorship program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our services.

2.Description of Services

Slim Tech Mentorship provides technology training, mentorship, career development programs, and digital skill acquisition including but not limited to:

Programs will be delivered online format regardless of the cohort.

3.Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to enroll. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4.Registration and Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. You agree to take full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.

Slim Tech Mentorship reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.

5.Payment and Fees

All program fees must be paid in full before access is granted unless a payment plan is explicitly approved.

Payments are non-refundable once training has commenced.

Failure to complete payment may result in denial of access to classes, mentorship sessions, and certification.

6.Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if a program is cancelled by Slim Tech Mentorship. No refunds will be issued for student withdrawal, absence, or failure to complete the program.

7.Program Access and Conduct

You agree to:

• • Avoid disruptive or abusive behavior
• • Not share training materials with non-registered persons

Violation may result in suspension or permanent removal without refund.

8.Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, documents, curriculum, branding, and content remain the property of Slim Tech Mentorship. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials without written permission.

9.Certification

Certificates are issued only to participants who complete the program requirements, assignments, and assessments.

Slim Tech Mentorship reserves the right to withhold certification if standards are not met.

10.Career Placement Disclaimer

While we provide mentorship, career guidance, and job readiness support, Slim Tech Mentorship does not guarantee employment, contracts, or income.

Your success depends on your effort, discipline, and application of skills learned.

11.Limitation of Liability

Slim Tech Mentorship shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, including loss of income, business, or opportunities arising from program participation.

All training is provided for educational purposes only.

12.Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be communicated via our website or official communication channels.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

13.Termination

Slim Tech Mentorship reserves the right to terminate access to any participant who violates these terms, engages in misconduct, or damages the reputation of the institution.

14.Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
